Documents Required During the Admission Process:

• Documents required for Applicants are Passport size photo, Birth certificate, Transfer certificate & Report card.

• Documents required for Parents are Passport size photo, PAN card or Aadhaar Card.

• Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Corporation or issued by Govt. Hospital shall be accepted.

• Incomplete forms and documents will not be accepted / considered.
